According to a recent Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Eric Zebrauskas was accused of participating in an outside business activity. Allegedly, Zebrauskas engaged in the activity as a life insurance agent, for which he received compensation. This occurred from October 2nd, 2012 to April 15, 2013 while he was employed with Securities Service Network in Carmel, Indiana. For this, he was fined $5,000 and suspended for 30 calendar days. It is against securities rules and regulations.
Zebrauskas was registered with Park Avenue Securities in New York, New York from August 2001 until January 2002, Questar Capital Corp in Minneapolis, Minnesota from January 2002 until November 2003, CFD Investments in Noblesville, Indiana from November 2003 until November 2006, ProEquities in Carmel, Indiana from November 2006 until October 2012 and Securities Service Network in Carmel from October 2012 until April 2013.
