Investment Recovery from FSC Securities Corp Ponzi Scheme

On Friday, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ordered FSC Securities Corp to pay investors $1.28 million. Allegedly FSC Securities failed to supervise unnamed brokers in their sales of unspecified and fraudulent securities. The fraudsters worked with Aubrey Lee Price to solicit investments in PFG Fund, the main fund of the ponzi scheme. Price, a former broker with FSC Securities, ran his scheme from 2008 until 2012, the year he faked his own death. Price worked for Citigroup Global Markets in New York, New York from February 2000 until June 2003, Banc of America Investment Services in Duluth, Georgia from June 2003 until July 2006 and FSC Securities in McDonough, Georgia from July 2006 until January 2008. He is not currently registered with any member firm. He has one customer dispute against him. He is not licensed within the industry. He has one customer dispute against him.
