Kenneth W. Graves, a former investment adviser in Corpus Christi was arrested on June 15th, 2015 for fraud and other charges. Graves was most recently registered with Warren Financial Services LLC. The indictment states that Graves defrauded six clients through the sale of $420,720 in investment contracts based on his firm’s gross income. He allegedly misapplied $128,918 in unreasonable fees he charged clients. He also made unauthorized withdrawals of client funds, recommended unsuitable investments and failed to pay clients returns on investments.
