Plemenos was accused of “executing discretionary transactions in the accounts of customers without written authorization from the customers and without having the accounts approved as discretionary accounts by his member firm,” allegations of “conduct involving discretion in non-discretionary customer accounts,” engaging in excessive trading, executing unauthorized trades, making unsuitable recommendations and charging excessive fees, among other things.
