Robert Vollbrecht: Suing to Recover Losses

Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Robert Vollbrecht, who was permanently barred from the industry by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Mr. Vollbrecht was last associated with First Liberties Financial in New York, New York and was since 2012. FINRA accused Vollbrecht of recommending an unsuitable investment, negligently supervising two representatives and failing to maintain a reasonable supervisory program related to the sale of private offerings. According to his BrokerCheck report on FINRA’s website, he was registered with LFK Incorporated in Minnetonka, Minnesota from March 1993 until January 2003, Workman Securities in Eden Prairie, Minnesota from June 2002 until June 2010 and First Liberties Financial in New York since May 2012. He has five customer disputes against him. FINRA permanently barred him from engaging in certain activities.
