Suing George W. Montgomery, Fortune Financial Services and United Planners Financial Services of America

George Montgomery was under investigation by the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission because of his alleged involvement in a ponzi scheme called Twin Peaks. He was also accused of engaging in outside business activity while he was a registered representative with various brokerage firms. An investor alleged that Montgomery misrepresented the risks of a security and did not invest money that was given to him. That money totaled $235,000. Montgomery was a financial advisor and registered representative of Fortune Financial Services from January 2012 until July 2013, and of United Planners Financial Services of America, from which he was terminated in 2011. Montgomery is now deceased. If you lost money with George W. Montgomery, you may be able to sue his former firms, Fortune Financial and United Planners, for not properly supervising him while he was employed with them.
