Suing Morgan Stanley and Former Broker Debra Lyman

Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Debra Kaye Lyman, also known as Debra Kaye Browning. Lyman recently entered into a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in which she was fined $10,000 and suspended from the industry for three months. FINRA alleged that Lyman effected transactions in customer accounts without obtaining the client’s written authorization. She also responded to a questionnaire in which she did not disclose those transactions. Morgan Stanley had a duty to reasonably supervise Lyman, and because they did not, they may be held liable for any investment losses. Please call us at 312-332-4200 to speak to an attorney about your options of recovering losses with Debra Lyman and Morgan Stanley.
