In 2015, Veron allegedly sold $1.8 million worth of shares of Contract Funding & Corporate Management (CFCM), a company he founded. CFCM was allegedly formed in order to provide a line of credit to a company that used the funds to fulfill its federal procurement contracts. In turn, the company passed on some its profits to CFCM. According to public records, Veron was registered with Franklin Financial Services Corp in Lake Charles, Louisiana from June 2002 until October 2002, American General Securities in Lake Charles from October 2002 until October 2008, Mutual Service Corp in Lake Charles from October 2008 until September 2009, LPL Financial in Lake Charles, Louisiana from September 2009 until October 2013, and Questar Capital Corp in Lake Charles from September 2013 until February 2017. He was permanently barred from the industry on August 22nd, 2017.
