Update For Woodbridge Mortgage Fund Investors

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently filed a case seeking documents in the investigation of the Woodbridge Group of Companies. The company has raised over $1 billion from investors while engaging in investment fraud by offering unregistered securities through unregistered brokers. Massachusetts, Texas and Arizona have issued cease-and-desist orders against the company, and Colorado is now investigating the company and its salesmen, including James Campbell and Timothy McGuire.
